The chart

This princess reward chart is a castle with a window for each goal. Your child fills a window every time they earn a sticker, and when all the windows are full, the ball begins. It is a simple picture of progress that a 3 year old can see and a 7 year old can manage.

The printable has 5 goal rows, 7 days, and a sticker box for each day. Their is a reward line at the bottom for writing the weekly prize, and a blank name line on top. You get a letter and A4 version, plus a color version and an ink saving black outline version.

The art is our own, so there are no licensed characters. That means it works for a princess fan or a Frozen fan without a character that might feel dated. Print at 100 percent, not fit to page, so the boxes line up with your stickers.

Goals that fit the theme

Write goals as quests, misions, or rescues to match the castle. Pick 3 to 5 goals so the chart feels doable, not overwhelming. Here are 6 ideas for ages 3 to 7.

  • Rescue the toys by putting them in the bin
  • Complete the bedtime quest without fuss
  • Be a kind princess and share with a sibling
  • Earn a crown by brushing teeth without a fight
  • Finish the morning mission: get dressed and shoes on
  • Show royal manners at dinner

Rewards in the same theme

You do not need to buy princess merchandise to make the reward feel special. Use items you already have at home. Here are 6 themed rewards that cost nothing extra.

  • A royal story: read a princess book at bedtime
  • A castle game: build a fort with blankets and pillows
  • A costume day: wear the princess dress and crown all day
  • Choose the theme song for a dance party
  • A themed snack: cut a sandwich into a crown shape with a cookie cutter
  • A royal tea party with juice and crackers

Matching name stickers

The sign-up builder prints your child's name on a sticker sheet, a star chart, and a chore chart, all in this princess theme. It is free and made in your browser. The sticker sheet fits the 1.5 inch round stickers or 1/2 inch star stickers on this chart.

We also have other themed charts for space, dinosaurs, unicorns, rescue pups, and block world. You can print a star chart or a chore chart from the main page. For sticker paper, see our sticker guide to pick the right kind.

Questions parents ask

Yes, the princess reward chart is free. You can print the PDF directly from the site. The sign-up builder is also free and adds your child's name to a sticker sheet, a star chart, and a chore chart. No purchase is needed.

What age is this chart for?

This chart is designed for kids aged 3 to 10. The castle theme with windows works well for preschoolers, while older kids can handle 5 goals and a weekly reward. For younger kids, start with 3 goals.

Can I get the stickers with my child's name in the same theme?

Yes. The free sign-up builder creates a sticker sheet with your child's name in the princess theme. It also makes a matching star chart and chore chart. The stickers fit the boxes on this chart perfectly.

How many goals should I put on a themed chart?

Start with 3 to 5 goals. Fewer goals work best for ages 3 and 4. Older kids can handle 5. Too many goals can make the chart feel like a chore. You can always adjust next week.
